Attica
Attic, the real life account from people that were there, as well as released footage, will make your heart melt, if you have a heart.
It's real, yet gross.
You hear State troopers while in uniform yelling out 'White Power', after they just got down murdering black and Hispanic and even white inmates there.
People today have no idea just how deep rooted racism was back then, it was so bad that the people, the men, and their women, enjoyed shooting a black person dead, even in 1971, more so than they would an animal, and then go to church that Sunday thinking god was on their side.
F their god, their god must of been some hellish bloodlusting demon back then.
Anyways, a bit emotional right now after seeing this movie, the footage, hearing the carnage and gun shots.
And then the torture that followed.
This was society back then, so don't lecture me about critical race theory when 'whites' back then had no issue massacuring, shooting, blacks and people of color who were not armed, 'hands up don't shoot' (as Sean Hannity the hack likes to utter), yet they still were shot down, while on the ground, like, well wait, not even animals treated like that.
The guys doing the shooting were the monsters.

The guys doing the shooting were the monsters. Turns out 9 white hostages weren't killed by the prisoners, who actually protected them, but rather the 9 white hostages, correctional officers, were killed by the blood thirsty animals who just starting shooting at every and anything. And none of them charged. It would of sucked to have been black back then to see murderous with badges on able to slaughter people at will and not be charged. No wonder things are the way they are with the older generation, cause of what they had to witness back then and live through

Last Rampage
This movie based on a true crime family, or at least a Father who got his sons mixed up with his criminal activity. Almost done watching it, but will say this, and that is usually a story like this, true or not, (this one happens to be true), always ends with betrayal, there's always that one weak link that brings the team down....whether that team is good or bad, doesn't matter, teams usually fall do to betrayal from within.
In this case, it happens to be one of the sons who's not all fully in. movies about 92% over, still watching, but the writings on the wall.
One of the sons had a choice to make, and he made the choice of betrayal (in his mind it was a good choice) but to the team, to his jaded Father, it was a choice of betrayal.
Here's what I've learned over time, whether your team is good or bad, you'd better stick with people who value you, who'll take care of you, instead of always thinking 'the law' and or 'the system' is your friend.
Cause let me tell you something, there are plenty of bad people, snakes, ect, hiding behind badges, hiding behind black robes (Judges, ect), who aren't your friends.
Me, I'm the type that will stick with whatever team I'm with, good or bad, cause at least I know 'my team', good or bad, but I don't know the other team.
That aside, this is a very good movie and I'm surprised it didn't get more publicity when released back in 2017.

That aside, this is a very good movie and I'm surprised it didn't get more publicity when released back in 2017. Continued from above... I finished watching the movie, and as I predicted it was the 'sell out' son that ruined everything, and even cost him ____ ___ ____. Had that son just obeyed his Father, had been loyal to his father, that team would of made it to ______. but no, like I said above and have observed in real life, there's always that one sellout apart of every time who thinks they know better than others, or is led by some stupid 'moral compass', that ends up spoiling it for all. Life, to live, is what's most important, cause it's only then that you can 'repent' later, ect if that's even intended, but betraying the team your on, the team fate has delt you, always ends up getting more people hurt than nessisary. I see, observe this, time and time again. The son, in this movie, who Fckd stuff up, is not my hero, to me he's the villain. Watch the movie and you'll see what I mean. Had that son just obeyed his Father, things would of worked out for all, for him and his brothers who could of escaped back into America whole and alive. In closing, if you assemble a team, good or bad, you dang better make sure everyone on that team is solid, or it'll come back to bite you, the weak sloshy member that is.

I don't know, I just got mixed feelings about 'the law' now, seeing as the law seems to be at the whims of whomever's in power or control.
Is Putins 'Law' the right law for locking up that female athlete for cannibus residue? Is Biden's 'Law' the right law for endlessly harassing Trump over BS stuff?
What is the law, other than whoever happens to be in control of it at the time.

I've learned go with those who like and value you, regardless of what the world thinks of them. Cause even though you may think you're good, the world may not, even if you do the right thing, like that one sellout son did. At least with the group he was with, he'd of been valued, but instead his betrayal to the group and to his dad, wrecked the plan and destroyed the lives of his brothers.
Had he listened to his Father, they'd of all been in Mexico doing well, cause the damage was already done, so what not go for the future.
But I guess that one jaded son figured a life behind bars would be better than freedom in Mexico...bunk that...justice, what's that anymore?
Son brainwashed to think one justice better than another, and while his brothers serve time, rich folks get off free do to having money to buy top notch Atternies...never fall for that 'just turn yourself in' crap, cause there is no justice to self, if you do that. I say live while alive, and be free while fate allows it.
All in reference to this movie that is.

And here's the 1983 TV version of 'Last Rampage', which has a totally different feel to it, I think, haven't watched it yet, but it just has that whole early 80's tinge feel to it, the haircuts, the cheezy studio music, ect...I think I'll watch some of it though.

Lance Kerwin Lance Kerwin, the guy in the middle, was a pretty big child actor in the late 70's, they were everywhere on film, TV, the movies, probably commercials also, but then gave up acting in the mid 90's, moved to Hawii, and became a Pastor, of all things... Him and his wife were arrested for filling out false documents, whatever..yawn. As an adult, they basically have lived out a pretty ordinary boring life...I guess once your boyhood cuteness and charm where's off, Hollywood doesn't need ya anymore...or the world. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lance_Kerwin
