Pain, it's causes and possible cures Pain can drain. Having pain is draining. We all have pain, physical pain that is, at least as we age, some of it we can cure ourselves by changing dietary habits, and other habits, some of it we can't. The type of pain we have is unique to each individual, so there is no one size fits all when it comes to healing, fixing or curing pain. Instead you have to really pay attention to your own body, what is it telling you? Sometimes it can be as simple as losing weight, or exercising or to stop stressing out, other times it can be do to parasites in the body, or disease, or trauma. In the following posts, time allowing, we will discuss pain, some of the possible causes, some of the possible cures. From and real life journal, and not any expert. I think people miss hearing what others are actually going through themselves, rather than what 'experts' think, like WebMD and all. And with that let's begin.

With me, I think my pain has more to do with micro organisms living in my muscle tissue, I could be wrong, but doubt it.
It's late, but later I'll get more into it...cause around 250 million or more, at any given time, are infected internally with micro organisms that cause the body pain and discomfort for a variety of reason.
Again it's late, so no time to get into it now, but will in more detail soon on my next day off.

Natural herbs can sometimes cure your pain, just depends on what source of pain is
If source of pain is infection or parasitical in nature, than herbs can often help.

It's amazing how close the line between good and bad health is.
With me, if I deviate just a little from what I should eat vs what I shouldn't, it can cause bodily disruption, but with me it's more the cause of food bought at the store that's laced with food chemicals.
Example, almonds are perfectly fine for me, but when buy the kind that laced with all those artificial flavoring, then, well, body doesn't take to kind, anymore, to all the toxic food flavoring chemicals almonds are laced with.
Anyways, time for bed.

I thought the pain thing was behind me, I guess not, as that deep muscle tissue pain, on left side of body seems to be back.
I thought it was ingredients in the food I was eating, or the drinking, or this or that, bottom line is it's back. I still think it's something in the environment though, as in something I'm eating, or more specifically certain ingredients in food, or is it something in the air? Or a suppliment vitamin I'm taking?
I just don't know.

I think this is what's causing me my pain I think this is what it is. Again, I solve most of my health issues by reverse engineering my eating habits, cause most health issues evolve around what we digest. And gosh dern it, now that I think about it, potato chips have snuck their way back into my life. Remember, months ago I gave up all processed chemically laced chips all together, and pain was gone! But then, they slipped back into my life again, and the pain is back. Read the ingredients of potato chips, and they read like ingredients to a bomb or chemical solution! And I do believe that stuff, those ingredients are very corrosive to our bodies....now most might not notice when younger, cause body has ability to repair self much quicker, but as one ages, the destructiness of those chemicals becomes more noticable and apparent, at least in my opinion. I'm not 100% certain, but I think my eating chips again has a lot to do with the pain that has come back.

I've been taking lots of vitamins lately, and stretching, and exercising during down times at work, but still, as of late, my knees have been grinding a bit, the bounce is not there. So as I usually do in my life, when it comes to health, is I back track....that is what am I ingesting now, for the last month, that I wasn't when knees felt great?
And I think the culprits could be
1. Eating chips again, I do believe the ingredients in store bought chips are like acid to our bones and joints.
2. Been drinking more sweet drinks than usual *by most peoples standards not much, but for me, yes.
3. Been eating a lot of green olives these last few months, but olives are suppose to lube your body, not make your joints feel rusty.
4. And of course drinking beer
One of those, or a mixture of, is causing my knees to feel rusty when I walk.

Everything can be reverse engineered, if we have the discipline to
OK, to weeks ago, no joint pain, now, joint pain.
What am I eating or taking now that wasn't 2 weeks ago?
Some possibilities.
1. Taking to many vitamins at once, gummies, this and that, maybe I should only take one 'one a day' type of vitamin and that's it.
2. Was eating chips and a lot of sauce, two things I told self months ago, I'd never go back to eating.
3. Lower moral than usual, in that low moral can often effect you own bodies immune system.
4. Slip seated a truck I was in, swept the floor, maybe there was bacteria in that truck that I breathed in?
Anyways, usually oint pay is a auto immune type of thing, or inflammation, so what causes inflammation?
5. Maybe I need to stop drinking both coffee and energy drinks and then drinking beer all in the same day, when I'm off work that is.
I don't know, I ust know I need to reverse engineer this, cause oint pain is no fun at all.
To be continued.

Well, the pain I was in was do to a infection, is my guess, based on past prognosis by self.
Yes, I'm Dr self, cause I'm not the type who runs off to the doctor every time I feel ill, rather I try to fix self by stop doing whatever it was that's making me ill. And sometimes I take pro active steps to speed up the recovery, like natural herbs that fight off infection, that play the role of penicillin.
I hate going to the doctor when you already know what you need, and then they waste your time and money telling you what you already know usst so you can get some penicillin.
Anyways, I feel or am feeling better now, but still need a few days of rest as body recovers...so thankful the ob I have allows me to have multiple days off a week so that can recover.

I stopped drinking coffee, as of late, cause was getting that same muscle nerve pain back again, and thought it might be cause I was drinking coffee, then beer, at the same time.
Not sure if that was the cause or not, although nerve damage can probably take weeks to heal.
I know coffee can be an inflammatory substance, and alcohol is also, I think. So, drinking both at the same time probably not good on the body, especially as you age.
