One way I'm going to help myself stay more healthy is to cut back on my working hours again, cause with my job, when at work, I'm just 'out there', delivery type stuff, and being 'out there' means exposed to more.
Not just the 'C' virus, but other stuff as well.
There's a lot of things that can contribute to bad health other than the 'C' virus.
I just notice the more I work 'out there', the worse I feel, for many reasons.
I also think just what you listen to can have a toxic effect on the body, for instance when I work more than I'm 'off work', I tend to listen to a lot of media to help pass the time.
I listen to the radio while driving, and during a long shift I hear dozens of negative news reports about the 'C' virus, about the election, about the ugly behavior of politicians, and other dark stuff, and I do believe when you take in hours of dark information, I do believe that that also can effect health in a bad way.
I say that cause when I'm off work for like 3 days or more, all body aches just seem to fade away, and I feel refreshed and much happier.
Where as when scheduled to work like 3 or 4 days in a row, by that last day I feel like a mess, I feel aged and worn, and my mind is shot.
I've made this comparison for years, after all it's my body so by now I know the effects of things on my own body.
And negative news, and just being 'out there' have unhealthy effects on my body.
Not only that but when driving around for hours, on the roads, freeway, breathing in carbonmonixide, and other air pollutants.
I don't trust industry, I don't trust those in control of it or Government, heck I wouldn't be surprised if Gov pumping stuff in their air to make people sick on purpose as part of some grand experiment.
Like what some use to suggest about come trails...
I just know, at least with me, many things can have a toxic effect on my body, whether a virus, bacteria, or whether constant bombardment of negative news from the media, bad food, negative thoughts and more.
And from the time I get up till the time I come home, it's all negative to me.
By the time I'm commuting home, it's all just noise, even seeing other trucks on the road, noise, industry, violence.
Machines and industry are violent, destructive.
When burned out and driving home I see it all as a animal would and to animals machines, industry, cars, large trucks, it's all violent and destructive.

My health matters to me more than anything, even more so than larger pay check, for without good health and a healthy happy mind, paychecks stop having meaning to me.
So will let 'boss' know I only want 3 day work weeks, since that's what I signed up for, but did four days a week during Holiday season, and speaking of Holiday season this past season was probably my most bland, dull, meaningless Holiday season I've ever experienced as an adult.
I don't have anymore days to blindly sacrifice to industry or to a job, the older I get, the less time I have on this earth means the more 'that time' starts to matter to me, and I want that time to be 'good time', not wasted time.
