'Yes!' What happens when you start saying 'Yes' to things, instead of 'No'? The following posts will demonstrate how this movie 'Yes Man' is more than a movie and almost a religious outcome. Let's begin.

Yes in 2022? Not sure how to measure the results of saying 'Yes', more than no. I mean nothing has yet to change in my life in a drastic noticeable way. I think you have to be surrounded by difference makers in order for saying 'Yes', all the time to have a positive effect. If only around every day average people who are as poor and broke as you are, than saying 'Yes' all the time really doesn't add up to much. www.spreaker.com/episode/46046610 Movie ghost vs real ghost podcast show.

I've said 'yes' to sobriety, and so far so good
I've said 'yes' to sobriety, and so far so good.
Hasn't been totally smooth though, but I also think drinking wasn't the only thing harming my health, I think it was other things I was eating and drinking while drinking alcohol, that hurt my health.
So for the last few weeks been really careful about what I eat. It's a hit and miss thing.
Like today, before I ate anything, no pain anywhere, then when start eating, I eat just a small serving and listen to body, listen for the feel of the slightest ache, then I know that it's either the food or an ingredient within that food.
And I totally cut dairy out of diet along with beer and alcohol.
And lighter on sauces I put on food, about 50% less sauce, not to bring that down to like 20% or zero.
Even certain smoothies where I dump fruit in blender and let sit in fridge for days, weeks, and just keep adding more fruit, I think that may be bad also, cause I'm sure it starts the fermenting process.
I mean when totally healthy and younger, hardly anything effects you, cause immune system just fights it all off, but as age and organs become less effecient, tired and wore out more, body becomes more sensitive to bad ingredients and food.
Those who live longer are those who learn to listen to their bodies more as they age.

And by saying 'Yes' to sobriety, it makes me say yes to other things as well, like venturing out more, which sometimes leads to encounters with people I'd of never met if just at home drinking and or recovering from drinking.
