sleep is different every night for myself and others.
I think sleep, a good sleep, should provide a barrier between yesterday and today.
In other words when you awaking, yesterday should feel a million miles away.
On the other hand, if you awaken, and yesterday still feels as if it's looming over you, than that means you got terrible sleep.
Sleep is one of the most important parts of health many neglect, is why some seem to age faster than others, cause sleep restores, especially between the hours of like 3 am to 7 am, is why I refuse anymore to take any job that disrupts those hours of sleep for me.
Jobs come and go, our health and lives do not.
And then dreams help filter out any left over anxieties from the day before.
Yesterday was terrible for me, but since I slept well, sleep did it's job and yesterday feels a million miles away.
