Dating sites that have millions of supposed members, good or bad?
I get weary of dating sites that boast of having millions upon millions of members, to me that seems flawed and tells me no one is finding the right person in such a large, vast pool of members.
To me, a good dating site should never really have over 100,000 members, even that's a bit to much.
One dating site boasted of having over 70 million members!?
Way way to many, to me you can have so many members it's like having none, with that many people to compete against you may as well be invisible, is why you joined dating site to begin with is to stand out, not to be oblivious and buried behind 50 million other people searching for love.
20,000 should actually be the max, and as couples pair, they should un join and make room for new singles.

I've tried dating sites in the past, but never worked for me, except kind of one, where instead of swapping photos, you got to talk to person instead, a much better way of getting to know someone, cause that whole
'Load your best photo' thing is a croc.
Photos can tell a lot, or very little about who your are.
Not all people are photogenic, and sometimes may have to take 30 pics, to get one right, like professional models do.
Now think about it, if professional models even only get maybe 10 out of 100 pics posted, what about the average looking person?
And women and men, extra picky when looking at photos, which forces people to 'enhance' their pic, unless filthy rich, the filthy rich get a pass on looks of course, for obvious reasons.
But if not filthy rich, you'd better upload the best of the best pictures of self or else.
And people act extra finicky on dating sites, ask the most stupid questions about your physical stature, and totally tend to ignore your personality, as if at a meat marking choosing a slab of beef.
And again both genders do this.
'How tall are you?, what's your weight, How old are you?' and so forth.
And if give wrong answer conversation instantly over.
I mean at least Craigslist was free, so didn't cost you nothing to get rejected, but sadly they ended their dating section cause some where using it to human traffic.
Criminals always ruin stuff for everyone.
Craigslist dating section was just a fun way for many bored singles or even paired people to have fun on weekends while drunk or stoned...
But at least if got rejected, didn't cost you nothing, no membership fee.

Gorgeous people mean nothing to me anymore, they may as well be invisible to me, like I am to them.
Gorgeous people have never shown interest in me, so over the years, what they mean to me has diminished also.
I just see 'nothing', when I look upon a gorgeous person.
I see someone who looks right through me, as if not there, as if don't matter.
Gorgeous people have never done a thing for me ever, nice kind people have, but not gorgeous types.
I'm glad gorgeous types like looking good, having nice hair and all, but to me, they may as well be a plastic prop.

Anyone who thinks I'm into 'hook up sites', fails to understand me. Nor would I ever want another to see me as a 'hook up', i'm not a soul less slab of meat, nor is anyone I would decide to 'like'. I will let this post stay up, but only cause you offered a bit of dialogue before dropping stupid link...if not for that dialogue, post would be gone instantly, all I ask for is dialogue so that I may respond. But it's because you all spammers come on here, is why my own ability to share legitimate links has been effected in that 'Pro boards' understands that I can't monitor all these pages at once, and so in order for them to not have 'bad links' left everywhere that aren't my legitimate links, I do believe they have disabled some features. These forums can't stand 'spam' and nor can I, cause when spammer types appear, who just drop links, than everyone suffers. Is why I have to always go to my admin and make the majority of these threads 'read only', cause if I don't, spammers ruin it for everyone....no one here likes or needs spam, they can go anywhere on google and look up any site they want, that's not why readers come here, readers come here to read about deeper issues, deep concepts and more. |

I didn't spend years building this blog forum just so some half witted spammers could come ruin it all for me by dropping sick links that lead to who knows where.
I'm responsible, and cause I never know who's reading this forum I always, repeat always keep it rated G, maybe sometimes PG, just depends on ones own taste, but to me, I always keep everything rated G for general audience, and that means not ever leaving links to any type of dating site, people can find that on their own.

It's why I so hate, literally hate and despise the mindset of spammers who leave adds, and adds in general who treat you, readers, as if soul less, like I said once on here, At least the devil will acknowledge you have a soul, where as spammers and advertisers do not, as such I prefer the devil over them, metaphorically speaking.
How anyone can ignore years of heartfelt posts, not be moved by years of heart felt posts, and instead see 'space' as opportunity to drop stupid add is beyond me, something has to be missing on the insides of anyone who'd do that....is why I'm so different than most, cause just can't relate to that type of mindset.

Even the stupid Corona virus add annoys the hell out of me, even went to it's 'web page' and lucky wasn't able to leave comment, I don't need to see that sick azz add, I'm not at risk, don't have it, and tired of hearing about it, it's all a conspiracy that everyone with power is cashing in on, no one would be thinking about the stupid Corona if politicians and adds didn't keep throwing it in our faces.

The people who work for these add companies are retarded, they run these gross adds, over and over, with ugly images in them, stuff I wouldn't even do, and they actually think people will buy their products or respond to message of add?
No, instead people just ignore them or when can delete them.......I'm just not sure the type of marketing teams these add places hire, cause to me they're dorks that don't understand what people do and don't respond to.
