All I feel I need is some penicillin to fight off infection, but really don't want to go to the Doctor and all, so I called this online number or the number on the site which is www.plushcare.com/booking/register/pc/, and they're legit. You book a session with a real doctor, tell them your symptoms ect, and if they feel just prescribing you penicillin is the answer they will, if they feel it's something more, they won't, as to not be held liable. However, the session does cost (That's justifiable I suppose, in that why should they give away their time for free, I wouldn't). And if though they determine that you should go see local doctor instead, you get a refund on your money....if they decide what you have can be solved by penicillin, than the online doctor prescribes you some at the local pharmacy and all is good. So it's win win in a way, I guess, and you can either pay in cash or use your insurance. I'll just say this to be fair, the price is under $120.00 for the session, not bad, about what you'd pay at a walk in clinic, without having to leave your home and go through traffic and all. And again, if doctor determines you'll need more than penicillin than they won't prescribe it to you and you get a refund. I'm going to think about it for a while, but I do want to get better, but I dread going to physical doctor building, I just do, so will have to make up my mind here soon. I just called a local walk in clinic, and their price is $140.00 right off the bat, to be seen, and lady said it could go as high as around $350.00 depending on what they do afterwards.
So basically if go to this local walk in clinic be prepared to pay up to $350.00, cured or not, where as the phone doctor, if they're not going to send you the penicillin you think you need, at least with them, you get your money back for the original consultation, but at the walk in clinic you don't get no money back at all.

I just wish I knew someone with __________ that they're not using, and save myself money. I already know what I need.
And it sucks that this Government has licensed medicine so that one has to be a registered doctor to get certain basic antibiotics...why? So one basically has to spend $150,000 dollars, a decade or more of their life, to become a doctor, just to prescribe to another ingredients found in nature. There's something warped about that. Maybe I'll research 'strongest over the counter antibiotics'.(I think that's the right word)

I think I'm going to go ahead and do the walk in clinic thing, I can charge it on a card of mine with zero balance.
Why?
Well, lets see.
1. Phone clinic will prescribe me penicillin if doctor determines that's all I need, and if they don't, I get a refund for the session.
2. Walk in clinic I have to pay upfront to be seen, and there is no refund for that initial fee, so the price goes up from there.
The plus side of that is I'll be there in person. (Forgot to add that with online doctor you have to do a video call) But ye, with walk in clinic I'll be there in person, so if something is wrong, say they take a blood/urine test and see something is more wrong than I thought, well at least I'll know, then whether I deal with it or not is up to me, but at least I'll know.
The walk in clinic will cost me more, but the exam will be more thorough...what is my health worth to me now going forward?
If I were a friend of myself I'd say 'get your butt to the doctor right now', so I guess if I'm a friend to myself, care about myself, I guess I should probably book appointment for doctor tomorrow and try to get the upper hand on this illness of infection or whatever it is.
I just don't want it to go away on it's own, and then I'm out of 300 + dollars for nothing.

I tell ya what, article I read about 'fat' said that the body stores fat for reserve energy and other things I hadn't thought of, but when trying to lose weight, you then realize how stubornly your body tries to hang onto those reserves.
Especially around the gut and butt, and even face.
faces droop in the morning because of fatty reserves, I guess.
And it's hard to get rid of that type of stubborn fat, and still look healthy at the same time.
Also heard the other day, as you age and settle upon a weight, your body becomes comfortable with that weight, and so when try to dip below that weight, your body fights your own efforts.
I mean it's like who's in control of my body, me, or all the billions of cells that run it?

I'm sitting around and doing nothing, so I think I'll go punish body in the park and workout, do a few laps, shoot some hoops, to get the blood flowing, to get the blood flowing through the brain and muscles.

Feeling very blah blah right now, so will probably get up, go to the park and exercise to get the blood flowing. I should feel 'go get em' type of high, since stopped drinking, but I don't.
Mornings are still mornings, and even when sober, still have to deal with that morning mood.

Sometimes though, regardless of what I do, I just feel like all I'm doing is getting weaker and weaker, and less enthused about everything. How does one counter that?
Love, I think Love is how you counter that, but you can't exactly go out into the world and force another or others to love you.

Sometimes I just don't know what to do to stay healthy for prolonged periods of time.
I mean it seems you over come one illness or cold, or this or that, just to get or catch something else. Much of it seems to evolve around what we eat, in that food seems to be the main way in which bacteria and germs enter our bodies.
Usually my feeling ill or a cold coming on, ect, always usually evolves around what I just ate. So how can I prevent that? I mean you'd think by now bodies own immune would be so strong that nothing could effect our health, but seems bacteria keeps evolving right alone with our immune systems, and not to add man keeps tinkering with the food by adding stuff genetically, and by doing so sacrificing much of the natural nutrients in foods we eat.
I don't have no solution other than to starve self on a diet of water and fruit, beans and herbs.
I don't know.. I just wish I could have one whole straight month of perfect health, no cold, no back pain, no headache, no nothing but perfect health for one month.

One doesn't realize how precious energy is until one doesn't have it
Energy is no joke, in that it's not free, and has it's dynamics.
A surge in energy here, means there will be a null in energy elsewhere to balance it out, referring to our bodies.
The whole equal and opposite reaction thing applies to the energy in our bodies for sure.
And there's always other forces constantly trying to steal our energy, forces within, be it parasites, blood born pathagyns, germs, disease, bacteria, whatever, everything's trying to rob us of our precious energy.
It's why good eating can really help combat that.
