I think one of the best ways to stay healthy is to get up after a long sleep, and go exercise out in the hot or warm sun and sweat out all the food toxins that are in body from eating the previous day or night.
Heck yeah.
How can you be fat, then eat all night, early morning, then just sit around all day...heck no.

I'm realizing you can have energy, yet still feel tired, if you're not motivated.

I went to the doctor on Thursday the 22nd of this month, and got a pretty good bill of health, which kind of shocked me, in that with all the drinking I've done, and at times how doomed and depressed I feel, I thought surely there's be something wrong on the charts...instead my internals are hyper good, especially for my age.
Even my liver is hyper good, and I have very good low blood pressure...unless the doctor just didn't know what they were doing or read my charts wrong.

Just got back from a in the dark, ride my bike up and down the sidewalk workout...felt pretty good, all things considered... Since not drinking tonight, or in last few days, and hopefully longer, I gotta keep myself busy... But just sitting in place all day on computer doesn't cut it. I have to go out and burn some calories or I get depressed, sitting around all day just makes me depressed, and doesn't fill the void alcohol would.
The thing about drinking is I'm very active while actually drinking, it's once I go to bed that the down side begins, the terrible feeling the next day that just lingers and lingers, and effects your mood, your moral, your outlook on life...and even your health.
But while in the moment of drinking, I'm pretty active, most are, but it's fueled by booze, like fake energy I suppose...and at the same time flushing out all your nutrients is probably why you feel so terrible the next day.
Nutrients, I suspect, also support our moods, I mean sure they do, everything about us is bio-chemical, so why wouldn't they.
Anyways, more constructive things to do than write on here where so few even read other than bots, or ad bots, or google bots or Russians. What is it with Russians and forum sites like this? Although lately, no one comes around here no more cause it's a place no one is used to...they, you, check it out, get freaked out, and run back to FB or X or instagram or other mainstream places. That's fine...I've come to like the quiet feel of this place.

Working out twice a day nowWorking out twice a day now, pretty much have to, at least since unemployed at the moment. When you're working, you burn up a lot of calories at work, especially if blue-collar job, but when unemployed, unless you're exercising, really all you're doing is sitting or laying down, as such, one workout just isn't enough, if serious about fitness. And let me tell you, I had a 'not in as good of shape as I thought' moment today. Climbing grassy hills is what we all did as youth (at least where I'm from)...and is one of the best ways to get in shape, build your endurance and leg strength and coordination. Well, let me tell you, after finding steep grassy hill today near freeway over pass, I felt like a old person slow jogging and stepping up that bank, I did it a few times, and wow...after that, I realize I'm not in the shape I thought I was...if anything, from 0-10, 10 being the best shape for my age, after that, I'd say I'm at a 4.Although recent doctor check said I was near perfect, as far as internal organs go...but then again all they did was take a blood test and urine test, they weren't talking about like physical fitness type of shape. Anyways, done exercising for the day, and I already feel restless. It's my mind I really need to start exercising by learning how to concentrate on one thing for a long period of time without getting bored.

Woke up so late today, way behind schedule...but now I think I need to go workout to counter all the hours I slept earlier.
It's not that I sleep long, but rather it's that I stay up so late, at times not actually going to bed until 3-4 am, which means the following day not really charged until around noon.
Either way, I think I need to do a light bike ride/walking/stretching workout. Cause regardless of how disorderly my life seems to me...the one thing I need through it all is my health and physical stamina...for I'd rather be broke and homeless yet healthy, than have some fiscal success, yet be to sick to enjoy it.

I like long, romancey, sculpted, proportioned legs and feet, I don't care what gender they're attached to...biological art is biological art.

Just got back from a decent bike ride/walk. It was needed. Sure, I've been drinking a bit lately, more than I'd like, but I'm also working out more than I have in years, as such the beer doesn't have as devestating effect on me as it would if I didn't workout.
And now that I'm back, it's time to get some stuff done. I've gotta fly to California soon...wow, in less than 2 weeks, to pitch a 'script'...hmm.
After that, it's back to a normal mundane bland survivalist type of life, I suppose.
