Today I felt better than I have in a while, while at work, and even at the end of work, and here's what I contribute it to 1. Not drinking nearly as much as I use to when off from work for days. 2. While at work, not drinking sweet drinks, as in Arizona, Gator-aid, and other artificial drinks that are sweet. And I think it was my past consumption of these drinks daily was the reason could never lose weight. I mean when off from work drinking beer, and sometimes small amounts of bacardi, and then when at work drinking flavored drinks that were packed with artificial sweeteners etc. ' Now just drink water. 3. Been taking natural Herbs, can learn more about that here... www.raulanderson88.com/science-medical-and-health-news/ I've never felt so energized like this in years, all natural. So the above 3 listed are why I'm feeling much better as of late. But have to do all three together for full effect.

I think we, or many people, fool themselves by thinking that just because a drink isn't soda, and not carbonated, that somehow it's better or good for you...nope.
Non carbonated drinks contain just as much dangerous levels of sugar as a can of Pepsi or Dr Pepper does.

I don't think one or I can every totally over come the urge to drink unless find something to fill that void with, and no, that void isn't 'god'. Or maybe it is, but in a different way, god, as in the form of another person to care about, or a business venture, or super fun hobby, or volunteering ect.
But to just think 'god', an invisible force that exists in our own minds, can fill that void, forget about it, don't want to hear that noise.

I've lost the equivalent of 3, one gallon jugs filled with water, in weight since stopped drinking regularly Amazing, I've lost about 26 lbs over the last 3 months since I've stopped drinking so much, that's 3 water jugs filled with water at around 8.3 lbs. Wow, and most would of already considered me thing, tall, but thin, and i think tall people are better at hiding weight than short people. But my gosh, I was carrying around 3 gallons of water worth of extra weight? And that's only 24 lbs or so, think of people who are over weight by many times more, can you imagine the stress on their heart, and other bodily organs? And I'm still dropping weight, mainly by not drinking, but also just cause I don't eat as much anymore...at least I don't think I do.

I'm glad I made the decision to not have a few beers yesterday evening, so glad.
Waking up in the mornings is so much more pleasant when did not drink the night or evening prior.
Life is rigorous enough as it is, but the after effect of drinking just makes it that much harder, cause it makes you feel mentally depressed most of the time.
It's such a trap, a hard one to get out of, but when you do, you're amazed that you ever fell for it.

Down to lowest weight in years today, since stopped drinking so much Down to lowest weight in years, since stopped drinking so much, or at all. Sure, I drank last week, twice, but still on average I've dropped drinking by 98% or so. In other words, now body is alcohol free the majority of the time, and as such, losing weight, and will wake up tomorrow even lighter, cause seems body loses most weight when asleep, that's something I can never understand. But I didn't just stop drinking, I also stopped eating sugary drinks, as in any drink sold at stores. It's a combo of things, is the reason why losing weight, and I love it, makes me feel younger, look younger, thus makes me feel happier and more confident.

The thing I like about this section is you get no 'expert' or 'lab report' here, instead you get first person accounts of real life situations. I wish more people would write about their experiences first hand, cause I get so sick of going to google/ ect, and always going to some medical website, full of annoying adds, where yet again some 'expert' tells us what we'd already know if simply paid attention to 'self'

I'm so far removed from that drinking every day mindset.
I just don't do it anymore, not if I want to live and be healthy while alive.
I just can't drink daily anymore, unless totally didn't care about my health.
But the thing about drinking, it's the worst way to kill yourself cause it's a slow death, and during that time, you're in pain as organs begin to shut down and your immune system stops working, it's one of the worst ways to go in my opinion.
So unless you like pain, and most do not, nor do I, I've stopped drinking so much.
At least with a drug overdose it's over and done with quick, but with alcohol, it could take years to drink yourself to death, is why see so many whinos on the streets.
Well now days mainly drug addicts are what you see on the streets.
In fact, I have seen an old fashion whino on the streets in a very long time, you know, the typical burned out dude with a bottle of whiskey in their hand, that's been replaced by drugs now days.
Anyhow, whatever i get into to day, whatever my challenges, victories or failures, alcohol will not be apart of that process.

When drank a lot, then become sober, is when you realize why you began drinking to begin with, do to the lonliness.
When drunk, I rarely ever felt lonely, but when sober, lonliness abounds, unless have lots of friends and family.
But if don't have lots of friends, or even a few, and family, than when sober, lonliness does abound, and reminds you why you did drink so often.
It's tough, cause there really is no way to distract from feeling lonely, it just eats at you, tugs at you, but there's nothing you can do about it other than going out, I guess, but you can't just make friends instantly.
Friends, in the past, were made do to repetitive contact with the same people every day for years...as in school, or a job ect.
But on my job you work alone...and I'm not in school or college, so that leaves what, church?
hell no..
So that leaves what, clubs and bars?
Nah, so that leaves what? Online dating sites?
Online dating sites are slithery and very deceptive and just want your money, and are full of scammers.
So that leaves what?
I don't know, if I knew I wouldn't be single.

When I don't drink I lose weight and start looking really good to self, but feel terrible on the inside do to loneliness.
When I do drink, I gain weight, start looking ugly, but feel better and don't care about my looks so much cause either drinking, drunk or asleep.
